Microneedling uses tiny micro-needles to create controlled injury in the skin, causing your skin’s natural healing process to start. This promotes collagen production and regeneration from within. Consultation
Before your SkinPen microneedling treatment at LIV Wellness Lounge in LaSalle, enjoy a complimentary skin consultation. We’ll assess your skin, discuss your concerns, and learn about your goals. If microneedling is the right option, we’ll develop a personalized treatment plan to meet your skin's specific needs.
Treatment
If your microneedling treatment includes PRP, we will first draw a small blood sample to extract the platelet-rich growth factors. Your provider will apply a topical numbing cream to ensure your comfort. Then, the SkinPen device will be used on your skin, with PRP applied simultaneously to deliver the growth factors effectively.
Results
Microneedling stimulates your skin to begin healing itself, so results are progressive. There is no downtime for this treatment. We achieve the best results after a full treatment plan course, typically 3 to 5 sessions total.
COMBINABLE TREATMENTS
Your provider may recommend another treatment to combine with SkinPen microneedling in LaSalle as part of a co-therapy strategy for maximum results.

I’ve tried many services at LIV and I’ve never been disappointed. I had a moxi laser treatment with Andrea and it left my skin looking amazing! She was so patient and attentive during the treatment. Her expertise is the lasers is incredible! She’s also done laser hair removal on me and the BBL hero. She has a way of making you feel so relaxed and comfortable!
